“What has life been like in this village?” asked Humberto. Mantoskoene spoke softly, "Growing up we were very poor, we did not really have clothes. We wore a sheep skin, and our shoes were made from the hide of the cow. Our dresses were made of wool, that's what we went to school with. You don't see that anymore, even when people are poor they can clothe their children. It’s been a difficult life, but I'm very happy in my heart, I can not complain."
